Matthew Fels has a B.F.A. from Otis College of Art and Design,
1996; with the emphasis in Fine Art Photography.
He later developed a desire for oil painting, inspired by and
capturing the landscapes of Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri,
where he currently lives.
His painting style varies from impressionist, to decorative, to
sometimes modern.
